Pā Whakaoranga is a community service provider running multiple programmes for their whānau and wider community, with no central system to manage it.

Client information was scattered, the team lacked visibility of who they were working with, and tracking sessions, attendance, and outcomes across programmes was manual and fragmented.

Built around how they run.

A custom-built operational interface on Airtable, designed around how they actually run rather than a generic CRM, and grounded in the Te Whare Tapa Whā wellbeing dimensions.

It runs the whole operation from one place: planning and scheduling sessions and community meetups, managing clients and the group sessions delivered to the community, and surveying each session and recording what comes out of it.

From sessions to funding.

That recorded information then does double duty. The team produces reports with AI in plain language, and uses the same data to apply for funding channels that keep the community running.

One interface now runs clients, community meetups, sessions, programmes, surveys, reporting, and funding applications, instead of living across scattered tools and people's heads.

The team plans and records sessions, surveys outcomes, and turns that straight into AI-generated, funding-ready reports.
