01 · The situation

Running a business from scattered tools.

Clients, contacts, projects, tasks, contractors, and a calendar that needs to account for all of them. Without a central system, context lives in people's heads and things get missed.

02 · What we built

One hub, one agent.

Airtable holds it all: clients, contacts, projects, tasks, contractors, and interfaces that unite the data, treated as the single source of truth. An AI agent is wired into it, producing daily plans and progress reports, and collaborators plug in when needed so their updates pull through immediately.

03 · The agent

Plans the week, personal and team.

The agent does the heavy lifting: it creates projects, lists tasks, and estimates time, and uses its skills to read across Google Calendar, live projects, and task durations to plan the week, personal and team.

A message to the agent on the go updates the system. The visual interface is there when you want it, but it is rare to need it.

Agent-run operations.

The system runs day to day with minimal direct interaction. The agent plans, updates, and reports. The visual interface backs it up for the moments that need a broader view.

It is rare to need to open Airtable to make a change. A message to the agent on the go updates it, while the visual interface is there when you want it.
