Tuned Automation builds systems for clients, and runs on systems itself. These are two internal builds: one that runs day-to-day operations, and an early experiment in automation that still runs today.
Both show the same principle as client work: remove the manual step, keep the human in the loop where it matters, and let the system handle everything else.

Airtable holds clients, contacts, projects, tasks, and contractors. An AI agent produces daily plans, creates projects, and updates the system from a message on the go.

Business Card to Sequence
Take a photo of a business card and the contact is extracted and subscribed to a personalised four-email meeting-organiser sequence that runs over a month.
