One Life Club's sales team qualifies leads into members using a structured rubric: the Two Way Fit. In a live call, it is easy to lose track of which questions have been covered and which still need asking.

Without a system to track the conversation in real time, reps either rush past important questions or circle back awkwardly, and qualification becomes inconsistent.

02 · What we built

A live coach on the screen.

Two Way Flow is an Electron desktop app: a transparent overlay that floats above any video call on the user's computer, so it works across any meeting or call platform. It shows the Two Way Fit qualifying rubric next to a live transcript, and surfaces the questions a rep needs to hit to qualify a lead into a member, in real time as the conversation unfolds.

Built on Electron so it lives on the machine, it blends OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini for the best read on the conversation, and uses Deepgram for fast, accurate speaker diarisation and transcription.
